Shipping + Return Policy

Thank you for ordering from Whiskey Creek Boutique in Stillwater, OK. 


Please allow up to 3-5 business days to process and package your online order for shipping, excluding pre-orders. Please note, processing time is not included in the shipping timeline. Whiskey Creek ships merchandise based on weight of the merchandise being purchased and regional shipping zones. The rates and timeline of how long your order takes to be delivered is set by the USPS, and can not be changed or amended by WCB. Please know that no standard delivery time is guaranteed by USPS. Orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority or First Class depending on weight and usually arrive between 2-7 business days after being shipped. Due to Covid-19, you could experience delays or redirects of your package.

Whiskey Creek is not responsible for lost packages with USPS. If your package has been lost, please file a claim with your local post office.

Whiskey Creek is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided for shipping. 

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and re-shipping charges for exchanges. 

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been fulfilled. Please note the tracking number may not be valid until the package has been scanned by the carrier. For example, if an order is fulfilled late Friday afternoon, you may receive a tracking number but not be able to track the package until it leaves on Monday. Keep this in mind during holidays. Estimated delivery time does not include holidays or weekends. Orders placed Friday will not be processed until Monday or Tuesday. 


Upon receiving your item(s) please inspect garments for holes, snags or spots. Damages must be reported prior to wearing the item(s) and must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item. If your merchandise was defective, we will gladly offer store credit if the case meets our damages criteria.

Before you remove any tags – try the item(s) on. Any item(s) with a removed tag will not be allowed to return/exchange for store credit, whether the item has been worn or not.

WCB return policy states that any return will be given store credit or exchange only. Orders are eligible for return if they are received within 14 calendar days of delivery date. If items have been worn, washed, tags removed, or we do not receive it back at the store within the allotted 14 days, your return will be rejected. Items must be sent back in original unworn condition and must be clean – No deodorant stains, makeup, scent free, etc.

WHISKEY CREEK has the right to refuse the return of goods that do not meet WHISKEY CREEK Return Policy requirements.

All merchandise purchased “On Sale” or purchased at a discounted price are FINAL SALES. No returns, exchanges or store credit.

Any accessories, hats/hair accessories, face masks, lotions, soaps, colognes/perfumes, candles, car fresheners, lipstick products, jewelry, Swig or Brumate, food or snacks and holiday items are ALL SALES FINAL

Once an order has been placed, orders CANNOT BE CANCELLED and items cannot be removed by the customer. 

 Whiskey Creek may cancel an order at any time, for any reason.
